Bio

Rose Gottemoeller is the Steven C. Házy Lecturer at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and its Center for International Security and Cooperation, and a research fellow at the Hoover Institution. She was formerly deputy secretary general of NATO.
