Bio
Vicki Litvinov is the regional manager for grant making at the Open Society Foundations' Eurasia program. She oversees grants covering the post-Soviet region, with a focus on interregional initiatives promoting human rights and civil society.
Previously, Litvinov was a program officer at the Open Society Foundation's Russia Project, working to strengthen civil society in Russia. Prior to joining Open Society, Litvinov was an analyst at Winterberry Group, a Wall Street strategic consulting firm. In addition, she has worked at Oxford University Press in their higher education division, as well as at a tech start-up based in Connecticut.
Litvinov also does pro bono consulting for local non-profits in New York City through the Taproot Foundation and she serves on the board of the Organization for Transgender Health Empowerment Resources (OTHER).
