Bio
Thomas E. Doyle, II is assistant professor of international relations in the Department of Political Science at Texas State University.
Previously, Doyle was visiting lecturer at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. He is the author of The Ethics of Nuclear Weapons Dissemination: Moral Dilemmas in Aspiration, Avoidance, and Prevention and his articles have appeared in several scholarly publications.
Doyle earned his Ph.D. (2010) in political science at the University of California, Irvine. His dissertation is titled ""Moral Dilemmas: Acquiring Nuclear Weapons in the Second Nuclear Age.""
