Michelle D’Amico

Advisory Board Member, Next-Gen Leadership Initiative; New York University

Michelle D’Amico is a seasoned higher education leader with over 20 years of experience building global programs and multi-sector partnerships at New York University. She concurrently serves as the director of continuing education and public programs at the Center for Global Affairs (CGA) and the director of outreach, programs, and events for the Global Energy, Climate, and Sustainability Lab within NYU’s School of Professional Studies. In these roles, D’Amico oversees a diverse curriculum of professional continuing education programs and directs dozens of high-profile annual events that bring global leaders, diplomats, and industry experts to the NYU campus.

Throughout her career at NYU, D’Amico has focused on creating practical, forward-looking educational pathways and high-profile public forums. Her work includes co-developing NYU's upcoming MS in sustainability and global energy practice, launching the inaugural NYU Philanthropy Institute, and administering the Global Climate Justice Fellows program, which connects graduate students with leading climate and energy organizations.

D’Amico holds a Masters of Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
