Margareta Matache is an instructor at the Harvard François-Xavier Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights.

She is the former director of the Roma rights group, Romani CRISS and is the author of the Human Rights Quarterly article, ""The Deficit of EU Democracies: A New Cycle of Violence Against Roma Population.""
