
Kate Clark is the chief executive officer of the Welcoming Initiative for Newcomers (WIN). WIN advances innovative, lawful pathways to welcome newcomers to the United States. Before leading WIN, Clark was senior director of immigration services at Jewish Family Service of San Diego, overseeing 200 staff across legal and shelter programs. A founding member of the San Diego Rapid Response Network, she helped establish its Migrant Shelter—now a national model—which has welcomed over 220,000 non-citizens.
