Jasmine Ahmed

Jasmine Ahmed is a dual MA student at Central European University and Bard College, combining international relations with global studies. She graduated with a BA in ethics and politics from Bard College Berlin in 2024. She was awarded the best thesis prize for her BA thesis examining the Chinese naval build-up and the future of U.S.-China naval relations in the Pacific.

Ahmed has previously interned at Oxford Analytica, and worked as a research assistant on a project examining post-pandemic restructuring to global value chains in semi conductormanufacturing, focusing on Germany and Malaysia. Her work has also been published in The Yale Review of International Studies and the OSUN Global Commons.
