Alice Korngold, president Korngold Consulting LLC provides strategy consulting services to Fortune 100 corporations, professional services firms, foundations, universities, healthcare institutions, and the boards of directors of global, national and regional nonprofits in the areas of corporate social responsibility (CSR), nonprofit board governance, and for-profit and nonprofit partnerships. She has trained and placed several hundred corporate executives on global, national, and regional boards of directors. She has provided strategy consulting services in the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America for twenty years. Korngold is the author of Leveraging Good Will: Strengthening Nonprofits by Engaging Businesses. (Jossey-Bass, a Wiley Imprint, 2005). She blogs for Fast Company and The Huffington Post on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and board governance. Korngold served as the board governance presenter and expert coach at the 2011 Omidyar Network Executive Forum, a three-day retreat for the CEOs of 60 of the Omidyar Network's grantees and investees. Korngold has guest lectured at the graduate business schools of New York University, Columbia, Dartmouth, and Harvard. With support from the Carnegie Corporation and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, 2001–2004, Korngold assisted business and civic leaders throughout the U.S. in establishing innovative board training, placement, and consulting programs. |
