Yael Eisenstat is the founder of Kilele Global, a global political risk firm.

Previously, Eisenstat was a CIA analyst, diplomat, senior intelligence officer, and national security advisor to Vice President Joe Biden. Throughout her government career, she led interagency teams from within multiple U.S. government agencies, including the White House, State Department, the National Counterterrorism Center, and the Joint Terrorism Task Force/New York. 

Following her government service, Eisenstat worked as managing director at Veracity Worldwide and corporate citizenship program manager at ExxonMobil.

She has been published in The New York Times and TIME; has appeared on CNN and CBS News; and has been a guest lecturer at a number of universities.
