Second Prize Winner, Undergraduate Category, in Carnegie Council's 2011 International Essay Contest


Willam Lord is currently studying for an undergraduate degree in modern history and international relations at the University of St Andrews. He is an active member of his university's debating society and has previous experience working for a Member of Parliament and Asia House.
