Scott D. Sagan is The Harry Frank Guggenheim Fellow for Nuclear Ethics and Security at Carnegie Council, in partnership with The Harry Frank Guggenheim Foundation.
Sagan is also the Caroline S.G. Munro Professor of Political Science, Bass University Fellow in Undergraduate Education, and Senior Fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC). As a nonresident fellow at Carnegie Council, his work is focused on the ethical choices arising in an increasingly nuclearized world.
