Bio

Richard Horowitz is an attorney concentrating in corporate, international, and security matters.

Horowitz is also a licensed private investigator and he served in the Israel Defense Forces for six years, attaining the rank of captain.

He is the founder and editor of InternationalSecurityResources.com and he is on the executive committee of Investigative & Security Professionals for Legislative Action, the advisory panel of Shorex Risk Alert, and the steering committee of the Business Threat Awareness Council

Horowitz has appeared on NBC, MSNBC, and Fox News Channel and his writing has been published in The Cayman Islands Journal, Competitive Intelligence Review, the International Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, and other publications.
