Bio
Marissa Roy is a progressive degree candidate at the University of Southern California, pursuing a Master of public diplomacy and a BA in philosophy, politics, and law.
Roy's research interests include development rights, human rights, the responsibility to protect, and other topics in international law. Her current thesis project is an investigation of the ethical and legal implications of UN's Millennium Development Goals. She will also be traveling to Rwanda as part of another research piece about conflict resolution in the aftermath of genocide.
