Marie Deschamps is a former puisne justice on the Supreme Court of Canada. She retired on August 7, 2012.

Before being appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada in 2002, Deschamps was appointed to the Quebec Superior Court in 1990, and to the Quebec Court of Appeal in 1992. Prior to her work on the courts, she practiced at the Quebec law firms of Martineau Walker, Sylvestre et Matte, and Byers Casgrain.

Deschamps has also served as an adjunct professor in the law faculty of the Université de Sherbrooke since 2006 and in that of McGill University since 2012.

Deschamps is the chair of the 2015 United Nations Report of an Independent Review on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse by International Peacekeeping Forces in the Central African Republic.
