Bio

Chris Kelly is a vice president of Booz & Company and co-leader of the firm's Enterprise Resilience service offering. A recognized leader in global resilience, information security, and cutting-edge telecommunications, he focuses on issues at the intersection of strategy and technology. He heads a team of consultants who specialize in resilience policy and strategy, assuring client missions, risk management, complex network analysis, critical infrastructure protection, operations, security engineering, law enforcement and public safety, and homeland security.

In his 18 years of experience in private industry and management consulting, Kelly has served a wide variety of clients in industries ranging from telecommunications to agribusiness as well as law enforcement agencies and the U.S. government. His recent clients have included the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI, the IRS, the Department of Homeland Security, PepsiCo and New York's State Office of Emergency Preparedness.

Kelly is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with bachelor and masters degrees in computer sciences. He is Booz & Company's representative to the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC. He is also a member of Armed Forces Communications Engineering Association and the Industry advisory Committee supporting law enforcement and security issues.
