Ali Wyne is a policy analyst at RAND Corporation, non-resident fellow with the Atlantic Council's Brent Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, a security fellow with the Truman National Security Project, and member of the Carnegie New Leaders program.
He is also a coauthor, along with Graham Allison and Robert Blackwill, of Lee Kuan Yew: The Grand Master's Insights on China, the United States, and the World (Cambridge: MIT Press, 2013).
Previously he was an associate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and before that he was a junior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he researched democratization and governance in China.
