The editors of Ethics & International Affairs are pleased to present the Spring 2023 issue of the journal! The highlight of this issue is a symposium organized by Scott D. Sagan on nuclear ethics, featuring contributions by Joseph S. Nye, Jr., Sagan, Sharon K. Weiner, and Joan Rohlfing. Additionally, the issue includes a feature article by Adam Branch and Liana Minkova on ecocide and the International Criminal Court. The issue also contains a review essay by Nick Bernards on fintech and democratizing finance, and book reviews by John G. Oates, Jennifer Kling, and Johanna C. Luttrell.
