Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs is pleased to announce that James Traub will host its popular interview series Ethics Matter.
Mr. Traub writes a column for Foreign Policy's website entitled "Terms of Engagement" and also writes for Foreign Policy magazine. He has worked as a staff writer for The New Yorker and a contributing writer to The New York Times Magazine, reporting widely from Africa and the Middle East. He is the author of five books, and is currently writing a biography of John Quincy Adams. Ethics Matter is a monthly hour-long series featuring guest speakers from very diverse backgrounds, countries, and professions. What they have in common is strongly held moral convictions, and a passionate commitment to their work. Each program begins with a short interview with the host that delves into the guest's life and work, followed by a question-and-answer session with the live studio audience. The programs are broadcast on national public TV stations across the country.
