Toshiya Hoshino

Toshiya Hoshino is a professor at the Osaka School of International Public Policy, Osaka University He is also a research fellow at the Stanford Japan Center, Research Institute for International Studies, Stanford University; and senior fellow, The Japan Institute of International Affairs.
