Pierre Antoine Louis is an attorney who worked as a consultant on human rights missions in Haiti, Rwanda, Sierra Leone and Togo, and as civil affairs officer for the UN Mission in Kosovo. For the past year, he has run a human rights and governance technical assistance project out of northern Central Africa.
