Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro

Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro is secretary of state for human rights in Brazil.

He is also professor of political science at the University of São Paulo. Through the university, he and Sérgio Adorno founded the Center for the Study of Violence, in 1987.
