Candace Burnham

Candace Burnham is an analyst with the New York State Police, assigned to the New York State Intelligence Center, a post-9/11 fusion center that links local, state, tribal, and federal partners to prevent major criminal threats. In this role, she is responsible for producing tactical and strategic intelligence products to advance the understanding of serious and organized crime, including trafficking (arms, persons, and narcotics), gang activities, and white-collar crime.

Burnham has also developed and taught intelligence studies courses for international law enforcement and counter-terrorism officers. She received a Bachelor of music from Berklee College of Music, a Master of education from Suffolk University, and a Master of public diplomacy from the University of Southern California.
