Gerard Øverland is Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ethics Program at the University of Oslo and Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. He specializes in moral and political philosophy and the ethics of war. His work has been published in the Journal of Moral Philosophy, Public Affairs Quarterly, and Ethics.
