Félix Quintero

Inter-American Development Bank; Carnegie New Leader

Félix Quintero serves as an attorney-specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank's Legal Department and is based in Washington, DC. He has also served as a legal officer at the UN Refugee Agency in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Quintero has conducted research as a visiting fellow for the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (London) and has been selected as a fellow by the Atlantic Council's Millennium Leadership Program and the National Endowment for Democracy’s Penn Kemble Forum on Democracy.

He holds an LLM in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University (Washington, DC) as well as an LLB and BA in Liberal Arts from the Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas). He is licensed to practice law in Venezuela and the State of New York.
