John Giraudo is president at Compliance Ventures Inc. Giraudo served as a senior project finance lawyer with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and as general counsel to President Reagan's Commission on Privatization.
Giraudo also served as vice-president and chief compliance officer, AES Corporation.
