Gustaf Arrhenius is professor of practical philosophy at Stockholm University in Sweden and director of the Institute for Future Studies.
Arrhenius has been visiting researcher at several universities and institutes, including University of Oxford, CNRS, l'Institut d'études avancées-Paris, and Collège d'études mondiales. He is honorary professor at Aarhus University and is a member of Academia Europaea, Tampere Club, and the Young Academy of Sweden.
Arrhenius's research interests are primarily in moral and political philosophy, and he is especially interested in issues in the intersection between moral and political philosophy and the medical and social sciences
