The UN Climate Report: All Is Not Well—but All Is Not Lost

On the mention of climate-altering technologies like carbon dioxide removal in the latest report from the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Carnegie Climate Governance Initiative's Janos Pasztor says in WIRED, "The point they raise quite strongly is that it will take time—not just to build up the systems, but then the climate impact of that action.”
