Bio

Nin-Hai Tseng joined Global Policy Innovations in January 2008, while she was working toward a master's degree in public administration as a student at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in the City of New York. Tseng served as a staff member at Columbia University's Journal of International Affairs. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a newspaper journalist in Florida covering an array of topics, from government to social services to the environment.
