Mira Rapp-Hooper is an adjunct senior fellow with the Asia-Pacific Security Program at Center for a New American Security. She is also a lecturer in law and a senior research scholar in law at Yale Law School, as well as a senior fellow at Yale's Paul Tsai China Center.
