Michael Ratner

Bio

Michael Ratner is president of the Center for Constitutional Rights, and a practicing attorney.

He has also served as special counsel to President Aristide to assist in the prosecution of human rights crimes in Haiti (1995–96) and instructor at Yale Law School's International Human Rights Law Clinic (1990–94).
