Daniel Spisak

Ethics Fellow for the Future Alumnus

Daniel Spisak is a graduate student at Duke University pursuing an MA in religious studies.

He received his BA from Furman University in 2012 where he double majored in religion and political science. Spisak's current research explores contemporary issues in Islamic thought. His interests range from legal concerns, such as modern Shari'ah reform and human rights in Islam, to a number of social matters, particularly on the topic of homosexuality in Islam.
