Vivian Bertrand

Vivian Bertrand is a policy researcher and analyst, primarily consulting with the Canadian federal government. Her work focuses on environmental policy, environmental health, and infrastructure policy. Bertrand received her MA in environmental policy from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and her B.Sc. in environmental science from the University of Toronto.
