Tim Hayward is professor of environmental political theory at the University of Edinburgh, where he directs the newly-established Just World Institute.
His most recent book is Constitutional Environmental Rights (Oxford University Press, 2005), and he is currently writing a book on global justice, human rights, and ecological debt. He is founding editor of the International Political Theory website, which features The IPT Beacon.
