Thomas E. Doyle, II is currently visiting lecturer at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. Doyle earned his Ph.D. (2010) in political science at the University of California, Irvine.
His dissertation is titled "Moral Dilemmas: Acquiring Nuclear Weapons in the Second Nuclear Age."
