Stephen A. Garrett

Stephen A. Garrett is an adjunct professor in national security affairs at the U.S. Navy's Center for Contemporary Conflict.  He is also professor of international policy studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Garrett previously taught at the University of Virginia, and the American University of Beirut.
