Robert Lacey is a British historian and author. He has written numerous biographies, including those of King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth II, and has appeared regularly on ABC's Good Morning America and on CNN's Larry King Live to discuss the British monarchy. His latest book, Inside the Kingdom (Viking Books, 2009), examines the struggles occuring within Saudi Arabia as Islamic law and modernity meet. |
