Paul G. Harris is Chair Professor of Global and Environmental Studies at the Hong Kong Institute of Education.
Professor Harris is most recently author of World Ethics and Climate Change: From International to Global Justice (November 2009).
He is also author or editor of a number of other books, including International Equity and Global Environmental Politics; Climate Change and American Foreign Policy; The Environment, International Relations, and U.S. Foreign Policy; International Environmental Cooperation; Global Warming and East Asia; Confronting Environmental Change in East and Southeast Asia; Europe and Global Climate Change; The Global Politics of AIDS (co-edited with Patricia D.
