Mary Dowell-Jones

Mary Dowell-Jones is research fellow at the University of Nottingham Human Rights Law Centre, specializing in global finance and socioeconomic rights. She has a background in both international human rights law and international finance.

Dowell-Jones has extensive research experience in the areas of systemic risk, financial stability and crises, and socioeconomic rights, and her current work centers on applying human rights principles to the global financial system. She has also worked in commercial and investment banking risk management in London and South Africa.
