Mark Evans is senior lecturer in politics in the Department of Politics and International Relations, School of Humanities, Swansea University, Wales (U.K.).
Among his publications are the edited volumes Just War Theory: A Reappraisal (2005) and The Edinburgh Companion to Contemporary Liberalism (2001), as well as numerous articles in scholarly journals on liberal political theory and international ethics.
His current research focuses on just war theory, particularly the concept of jus post bellum.
