Jorge Daniel Taillant

Jorge Daniel Taillant is executive director and co-founder of the Center for Human Rights and Environment, an Argentina-based nongovernmental organization promoting greater awareness of the effects that environmental degradation has on the realization of human rights.

He is the author of many publications on human rights and the environment, including "Environment Advocacy in the Inter-American Human Rights System," in Linking Human Rights and the Environment (2003).
