Jonathan Gage

Jonathan Gage is a principal at Booz & Company and commercial development director of the firm's intellectual content, including the award-winning quarterly management magazine strategy+business; strategy+business Books; and the magazine's website www.strategy-business.com.

Gage is the former CEO and publisher of New York-based Institutional Investor magazine. As a journalist, he has written and edited for media including the International Herald Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, Bloomberg News, Newsweek, the Washington Post, and Psychology Today magazine. From 1992–1999, he was business and finance editor of the International Herald Tribune, where he built and managed the worldwide financial reporting and editing staff of the Paris-based newspaper.

Gage has served as a Carnegie Council trustee since 2008. He is also a board member of FBC Group Ltd., a London-based media and entertainment company that specializes in strategic communications and television programming, production, and distribution. He is active in professional organizations including the Magazine Publishers Association, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, and the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
