John Barkdull is an assistant professor of political science at Texas Tech University.
His areas of specialization include international relations theory, foreign policy, environmental politics, international ethics, globalization, substate actors and foreign policy. His articles have appeared in American Political Science Review, Environmental Ethics, Ethics and International Affairs, Presidential Studies Quarterly, and the Texas Journal of Political Studies.
