Graham Allison

Graham Allison
Graham Allison is the Douglas Dillon Professor of Government at Harvard University and director of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

In the first term of the Clinton Administration, he served as assistant secretary of defense for policy and plans where he coordinated Department of Defense strategy and policy towards Russia, Ukraine, and the other states of the former Soviet Union. From 1977 to 1989, Allison was founding dean of Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
