Gaddis Smith

Gaddis Smith is a professor emeritus of history and a lecturer at Yale University. He is an expert in American foreign relations and maritime history.

Smith has published six books and over 200 articles, essays and reviews in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and various historical journals.
