Emanuel Adler

Emanuel Adler is professor of international relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has served as research fellow at U.C. Berkeley and Harvard University, and has taught at U.C. Berkeley, U.C. Davis, and the University of Wisconsin.
