Dominik Zaum is lecturer in international relations at the University of Reading, U.K.

He is the author of The Sovereignty Paradox: The Norms and Politics of International Statebuilding (2007), coauthor of Selective Security: War and the United Nations Security Council since 1945 (with Adam Roberts, 2008), and coeditor of The United Nations Security Council and War: The Evolution of Thought and Practice since 1945 (with Vaughan Lowe, Adam Roberts, and Jennifer Welsh, 2008).
