Danwood Mzikenge Chirwa is a research fellow in the Socio-Economic Rights Project at the Community Law Centre, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. He is a lead researcher on the Socio-Economic Rights Project’s joint endeavor with the Local Government Project exploring privatization. Before joining the Community Law Centre, he practiced law in Malawi.
