Catharin Dalpino teaches at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Previously, she was a Scholar at the Brookings Institution. She has also served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, at the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, U.S. Department of Starte.
