Avigail Eisenberg

Avigail Eisenberg is a political scientist and faculty associate in indigenous governance at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, specializing in democratic theory, multiculturalism, and Aboriginal rights.

Her recent publications include a co-edited collection entitled Minorities within Minorities: Equalities, Rights and Diversity (2005).

Eisenberg is currently at work on a book that focuses on the reasoning used by public institutions in determining when to recognize group rights.
