Armstrong Wiggins

Armstrong Wiggins is Director of the Washington, DC Office of the Indian Law Resource Center. He is a Miskito Indian from Nicaragua.

Wiggins has testified on issues related to the rights of indigenous people at the Organization of American States and the United Nations.
